Looking for experience Millwright Journeyman for our Bison Project in Ray, North Dakota. As a Millwright Journeyman you will contribute to our team by: Safe use of Hand & Power Tools Work safely at all times and promote safety to others around you. Strong working knowledge of and experience working with rotating equipment. Perform quality work as determined by the project specifications. Accountable for all tools and materials at the beginning and end of each shift. Assist immediate supervisor with aligning future tasks to be completed. Coordinate work with other crafts and co-workers on the job. Assist in assuring all required PCL and client Safety and QA/QC forms are properly filled out with all necessary signatures. Must work well as part of a team. Keep a clean work area. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Ensure proper permits have been obtained and have the ability to read & understand all permits. Keep track of all components and materials for your project tasks. Responsible for the proper disassembly and assembly of rotating equipment. Participate fully in health, safety, quality, and environmental processes. Ambassador for PCL to the client, other contractors, and the public. What you will bring to the role: Four or more years of experience in the industrial Millwright industry (petrochemical, power plant, cement plant) or related field Strong math knowledge and skills as related to the job tasks. Able to effectively use verbal and written communication skills. Ab l e to set, grout, and align pumps and motors. Able to align shafts and install seals. Understand tolerances (+ -) related to Millwright work and project specifications. Working knowledge of lubrication and oil mist systems. Able to check vibration on rotating equipment. Able to use laser alignment equipment. Able to read P&IDs. Able to conduct a basic layout for equipment installation A ble to read and understand safety instructions, signs, labels, and permits in English. A ble to successfully complete applicable site-specific training. Must pass Pre-Employment Drugtest and Alcohol Must have Osha 10, Osha30 or Safety Essentials Successfully complete the appropriate PCL skills assessment tests.
