Seasonal Field Hand Summer Position

Job Overview Great summer job with strong earning potential! We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Field Hands. This is a seasonal, full-time position with plenty of overtime opportunities, and some Saturdays may be required. Wash season typically starts in late April and can run through September, with the opportunity to stay on full-time after the season ends. No experience necessary — we provide on-the-job training. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working with a solid crew, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being out in the field rather than behind a desk. Duties Wash and clean large industrial air coolers on-site Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs in the field Help rebuild and maintain cooler units Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company procedures and safety standards at all times Gain hands-on experience with industrial equipment and field work Experience Preferred (Not Required) Previous shop or mechanical experience Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Experience operating manlifts or similar equipment Requirements Must be 18 or older Able to pass a drug test Able to work safely at heights and in confined spaces Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid Driver's License Must have reliable transportation
