This role will focus on the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of grain handling systems, including conveyors, transitions, and spouting. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair grain handling equipment including conveyors, transitions, spouting, and related systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings
• Align, assemble, and install equipment according to specifications
• Weld, fabricate, and modify components as needed
• Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades on-site

Pay:

Up to $35

Per Diem:

$140 / day for days worked

• Minimum of 5 years of millwright experience in agricultural or industrial settings
• Strong experience with conveyors, transitions, and spouting systems required
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Welding and fabrication experience required
• Knowledge of grain handling systems and processes is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Certifications
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• MSHA Certification
