Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Millwright Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help sustain the smooth running of our production processes, utilizing your technical knowledge and hands-on skills to keep our facility running at peak performance. Responsibilities Install, align, and assemble machinery using schematics, technical drawings, and precision measuring instruments Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics Troubleshoot mechanical issues with industrial machinery, utilizing analysis skills and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters Repair or replace worn or damaged parts through welding and other mechanical techniques Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely Interpret schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting high voltage and low voltage electrical systems Skills Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with industrial mechanic expertise Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment, hydraulics, and electrical systems including high voltage applications Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools accurately Skilled in welding techniques specific to welding standards and practices Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external field service clients Analysis skills to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical problems efficiently Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely and effectively in various environments This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in hands-on environments, possess strong technical acumen, and are eager to contribute to the reliability of manufacturing operations.
