Full-Time Position Overview We are hiring experienced Millwrights to support maintenance and repair operations across grain and agronomy facilities. This role involves working with welding and fabrication equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Operate welding and fabrication equipment Perform setup, calibration and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs Assist with installation and maintenance of facility equipment Operate heavy equipment as needed Work both independently and as part of a team Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment Qualifications & Requirements Previous millwright, maintenance or mechanical experience required Welding and fabrication experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry and move heavy materials Ability to stand, bend, climb and perform physical labor throughout the shift Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and environments Work Environment Grain and agronomy facilities Indoor and outdoor work environments Exposure to dust, machinery and varying weather conditions Why Apply?
