Tent Installer/Warehouse

We are seeking a Tent Installer/Warehouse member to join our team! A CDL license is NOT required to apply. Willingness to obtain a CDL license through our in-house driving school. Training would be paid on company time.

Job Description:

Install and remove tents throughout the Midwest Full-Time job but high seasonal hours in the summer with normal hours in the "off-season" Manual Labor Travel involved. In Summer will have certain jobs that take you on the road and stay in hotel for 5-10 days. Off-season has many tasks needing to be completed: washing tents, sewing, tent manufacturing, equipment/trailer repairs, welding, etc. NOT required skills but willingness to learn certain skills.

Requirements:

Handle manual labor Work outside in summer weather (heat and rain) Work OT in summer months Expect 12-14 hour days (OT pay rate is obtained throughout summer) Be at shop by 6AM in summer months Travel is required in summer months with overnight stays Ability to work in small business handling multiple tasks throughout the year.
