Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Harvest Operator plays a critical role in the efficient and timely harvesting of crops. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery essential to the harvest process. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Duties/Responsibilities:

Operates equipment involved in the Harvest, including but not limited to: Shakers, Blowers, Sweepers, V-Rakes, Conditioning Carts, Bank outs and Harvesters. Inspects and fuels equipment prior to beginning shift. Performs routine maintenance. Immediately report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor for timely resolution. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Extensive knowledge of machinery operation and capabilities. Basic mechanical skills to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs Ability to use timekeeping technology. Ability to follow instructions.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
