INSTALLER HELPER
•SKYLIGHTS & GLAZING $24•27/hr + OVERTIME | Travel Work | Learn a Skilled Trade Want a job where you work outdoors, travel, and build real skills instead of sitting behind a desk? Join a skylight installation crew and help install glass systems that light up buildings across the region. This is physical, fast‑paced work with long hours and strong pay. What You'll Be Doing Move and stage materials on job sites Install skylight panels and rail systems Caulk, seal, and waterproof joints Use hand & power tools (drills, snips, pry bars, screwdrivers) Assist with fabrication and glazing work Work outdoors with a tight‑knit crew What We're Looking For Entry‑level friendly — construction or glazing experience is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to read basic blueprints Carpentry, electrical, or framing experience preferred Willing to travel and work plenty of overtime Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn Why This Job $24•27/hr depending on experience Tons of overtime and long hours available Per diem pay for out‑of‑town work Monday-Saturday schedule ( 7:00 AM•5:00 PM ) Paid training and certifications 2 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays Health insurance (company pays 50% ) Company‑paid short‑term disability IRA with up to 3% company match Work Environment 100% outdoor work Travel required Fast‑paced, physical, and hands‑on ✅ Apply now — expect a call or text from Kason to get started.
