• Las Vegas, NV) Robertson's Ready Mix, a leader in the construction materials industry, is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Technician to support operations at our Las Vegas rock quarry.

This role is essential to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on crushers, conveyors, screens, motors, pumps, and related quarry equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Conduct daily inspections and document equipment conditions. Assist with plant upgrades, rebuilds, and equipment installations. Operate tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery as needed. Follow all safety protocols and support a strong safety culture. Qualifications 3 years of industrial, mining, or aggregate plant maintenance experience required. Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, belts, and lubrication systems. Welding and fabrication skills a plus. Ability to work in outdoor quarry conditions, including heat, dust, and uneven terrain. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces when required. Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Schedule & Compensation Full-time position; overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
