07/hr for Qualified Candidates + $0.95/hr Shift Premium Tools & Steel Toe Boots Provided Stable Union Manufacturing Environment We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a well-established manufacturing facility in the Cincinnati area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term stability, strong pay, union benefits, and career growth within a highly respected industrial operation. This position is ideal for maintenance professionals with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing or production environment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment Work with motors, conveyors, pumps, relays, sensors, and gearboxes Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Support PLC troubleshooting and automated machinery systems Maintain a safe and efficient work environment What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities Experience working with: 3 phase motors Servo motors Pneumatic diaphragm pumps Sensors, prox switches, and photo eyes Gearboxes and power transmission systems Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Stable work history and strong attendance Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow Military or technical school background is a plus Pay & Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 401(k) PTO and Vacation Paid Training Career Growth Opportunities Tools and Steel Toe Boots Provided Training Schedule Training will be completed on day shift for approximately 6-8 weeks depending on experience and skill level.
Training Hours:
Week 1: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Week 2 and
Beyond:
Monday-Friday plus Saturday or Sunday, 6:45 AM
