Industrial Maintenance Technician III Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time | Direct Hire | Competitive Pay ($32/hr - $40/hr starting) + Overtime + Bonus Potential + Excellent Benefits Advance Your Maintenance Career in a High-Speed Manufacturing Environment We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician III to support a fast-paced bottling and packaging operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing facility. If you enjoy troubleshooting automated packaging equipment and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Be Doing Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed bottling and packaging equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery Support filling, labeling, conveying, capping, and packaging systems Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues Partner with Operations to maximize uptime and production performance Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP requirements What We're Looking For Experience maintaining manufacturing or packaging equipment Strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical and electrical systems Experience with conveyors, motors, drives, pumps, pneumatics, and automation systems Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices Ability to work independently while supporting production teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, or packaging manufacturing Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment Experience with high-speed production lines Technical degree, maintenance certification, or equivalent experience Why Join Us?
