Pay:
$24.00/hr Position Summary Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Miner Technician I for a growing operation in Hannibal, OH. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, production, construction, maintenance, electrical work, or mechanical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of mining equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Complete preventative maintenance and repairs Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Work closely with operations and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues Follow all company safety policies and procedures Participate in safety training programs Operate tools and equipment necessary for maintenance activities Remain available for emergency call-outs when required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, construction, maintenance, shipping, electrical work, or troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Preferred Qualifications Technical or vocational training in a mechanical, electrical, or industrial field Previous experience working with industrial equipment or machinery Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work in an industrial environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Why Apply?
