Fitness Equipment Delivery Technician

Health and Fitness is seeking a skilled and mechanically-inclined individual to join our team as a Fitness Equipment Delivery Technician. This hands-on role involves the delivery, assembly, and setup of various fitness equipment, ranging from treadmills and ellipticals to weight machines and functional trainers, in both residential and commercial settings throughout the Cleveland, Akron, and Canton areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools for assembly and installation according to manufacturer specifications. Attention to detail and the ability to follow technical manuals and schematics are essential for ensuring safe and correct installations. This position requires a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently and traveling to diverse customer locations within the specified region from Monday to Friday. Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial for interacting with clients, providing basic operational instructions, and maintaining a professional demeanor. The role also involves physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering commercial grade fitness equipment.
