Job Description

Machine Assembly Technician Job Description Job Summary:
As a Machine Assembly Technician you will be to take individual components, and put them together to form a fully functional machine. This is a non-production first shift position, so every project will be unique and different. This role ensures machines are built to quality standards and function properly before delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components into complete machines and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure proper operation. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and precision equipment safely and effectively. Identify and resolve assembly issues while maintaining quality standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with machine installation and startup at customer facilities when required.
Qualifications:
Experience in machine assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or related field preferred. Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics. Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical components. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with custom automation equipment or industrial machinery. Welding, machining, or fabrication experience. Forklift and overhead crane operation experience.

Based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
