Tube Roller Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tube Roller to assist in the preparation and maintenance of tools and parts for planned maintenance activities. The role involves cleaning, grinding, and installing component parts, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency in your work environment. Responsibilities Assist in pre-and post-planned readiness of parts and tools for maintenance activities. Participate in cleaning and grinding of tubes and installation of component parts as directed by the departmental lead. Engage in housekeeping activities as directed by the Production Supervisor or departmental lead. Support installation activities of components as per instructions from the Production Supervisor or departmental lead. Maintain complete knowledge of departmental safety policies, including the proper use of hand tools and safety devices. Essential Skills Proficiency in using assembly, grinder, production, hand and power tools, and impact tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to safely work in confined spaces without claustrophobia. Capability to stand for 10 or more hours per day and operate various hand tools. Ability to stand or walk throughout the workday, frequently stooping and kneeling. Sufficient visual acuity and depth perception to perform job tasks. Tolerance for shop environments and exposure to conditions associated with confined space entry and industrial boiler manufacturing. Ability to lift and maneuver 75 lbs unassisted, using proper safety techniques and equipment. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a non-climate controlled heavy manufacturing environment on a 2nd shift, from Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 4:30am, with a $2/hr differential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collinsville, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
