Competitive Salary, depending on experience Experience- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or technical certifications preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating air separation units or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of air separation processes and equipment.
- Ability to interpret process flow diagrams, control room displays, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment. Skills Needed
- Experience with compressor and cryogenic systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and use diagnostic tools. Tasks
- Operate and monitor air separation units (ASUs) for the production of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon.
- Maintain the efficient operation of equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine inspections, identify, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues and carry out corrective actions.
- Conduct start-ups and shutdowns of equipment in a safe and controlled manner.
- Record operational data and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
