$60,000•$90,000 annually + Benefits (Based on Experience) Job Summary We are seeking experienced Maintenance Millwrights to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position requires strong welding, fabrication, mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Install, dismantle, align, and relocate equipment. Repair and rebuild pumps, valves, cylinders, and hydraulic systems. Perform welding, fabrication, cutting, grinding, and metalwork. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Qualifications Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong welding and fabrication experience. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and cylinders. Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, thread gauges, tape measures, and pi tapes. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Computer skills for maintenance documentation. Work Environment Manufacturing and welding facility environment. Exposure to high temperatures throughout the shift. Physically demanding role requiring lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights. Overtime and alternating weekends required.
