Job Summary:

Position:

Millwright Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends
• 2yr experience in sawmill or planermill with mechanical abilities
• Must be able to work up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds as needed
• Past experience welding, performing field repairs and layout and fabrication is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and adhere to a no drug policy

Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repair on all mechanical and structural aspects of sawmill and planermill.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and adjustment on machinery listed above.
• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery as indicated.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to learn troubleshooting skills, basic hydraulics and pneumatics
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends
• Maintain a safe work environment

Compensation:

• $21.11
• 28.00/hour, DOE
