Job Description

About the Opportunity Infinitek is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturing facility in Klamath Falls, OR to recruit an experienced Journey Millwright . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation where skilled trades professionals play a critical role in maintaining production efficiency and reliability. Position Summary The Journey Millwright will be responsible for maintenance, installation, and operational support of manufacturing systems. This position is essential in minimizing downtime, ensuring equipment performance, and supporting continuous plant operations.
Compensation & Benefits Pension:
$1.75/hour (up to 2,080 hours annually) 401(k): 4% employer contribution

100% employer-paid premiums for employee and family Short-Term Disability Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Boot allowance Fire-retardant clothing reimbursement (where applicable) On-site fitness center access 9 paid holidays (following probationary period) Employee product discounts Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation Key Responsibilities Adhere to all safety standards and proactively identify/report hazards Troubleshoot, install, repair, and replace manufacturing equipment Apply hands-on expertise in: Welding, fabrication, and fitting Hydraulics and pneumatics Rigging, lifting, and equipment setting Machinery alignment and leveling Reading blueprints and technical schematics Carpentry, plumbing, and machining Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing Fabricate parts and assemble machinery as required Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime Utilize maintenance systems to manage work orders and parts inventory Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Support additional maintenance-related tasks as directed Minimum Qualifications Oregon Industrial Journey Millwright Certification (required) Ability to maintain all relevant certifications Must supply own tools Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

$29.70 per hour
