Full-Time | Schedule varies (flexibility for overtime, on-call, weekends, and emergency maintenance support as needed)Who We Are:
We are seeking an experienced Millwright to support a fast-paced industrial manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands industrial machinery inside and out and can keep production running by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment performance.What You'll Do:
Install, assemble, dismantle, and align industrial machinery and equipment Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical drawings Execute precision alignment (laser and dial), leveling, and balancing Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measuring instruments Inspect equipment and document maintenance and repairs Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout Maintain clean and organized work areas Provide on-call or emergency maintenance support as neededRequirements:
Experience as a millwright or industrial maintenance mechanic Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and drive systems Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues efficiently Experience with precision alignment and measurement tools Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeThe Musts:
High school diploma or GED Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and work in confined spaces Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekendsPreferred:
Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent experience Trade school or apprenticeship completion Welding and fabrication experience Experience with PLC-controlled equipment (mechanical interface) Forklift, scissor lift, or rigging certifications Experience in wood products manufacturingNext Steps:
