What You'll Do:

Apply rubber lining to surfaces like tanks and pipes. Prepare materials and work areas for installation. Use hand and power tools for surface preparation. Assist with quality control and proper application. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years or older . Valid driver's license with a clean record. Willingness to travel up to 75% (expenses covered). Comfortable working extended hours and weekends when needed. Ability to work in confined spaces and outdoor environments. Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally . Strong team player mindset. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Work Schedule:

Our shop hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. However, field assignments may require extended travel with shifts of 10-12 hours per day, 6-7 days a week, until the project is complete. Field jobs include bonus pay, and per diem for overnight stays.
