Description EGC Construction, an operating unit of Messer Construction Co., is currently seeking a Millwright to join the team in Mehoopany, PA. We offer general, commercial and industrial construction including civil work, electrical work, millwrights, pipe fitters, process piping, rigging and structural steel work. What You Will Do:

Layout of equipment Read prints Light rigging of equipment Operate a fork truck and scissor lift Connect and bolt-up of structural steel Ability to use optical alignment equipment (not required, but a plus) Ability to understand and follow all safety rules and regulations associated with the industrial steel industry Using required tools to perform daily tasks as needed

What You Will Bring:

Mechanically inclined is a plus OSHA 10 Certified, preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must have transportation and good communication skills Be willing to work within a 50 mile radius - Ability to travel is a plus. Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions All EGC employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
