Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance

What You'll Do Respond to production maintenance calls; troubleshoot and repair safely Lubricate/maintain rotating equipment (motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, fans) Perform PMs; inspect, align, change parts/filters, clean Work with pumps/piping (seals, valves, alignment, leak checks Operate a fork truck (with certification) Follow all safety requirements, including LOTO and ergonomics Write daily shift reports and update work orders Must Have Hands-on lubrication of rotating machinery Mechanical aptitude with pumps/piping and rotating equipment Industrial safety basics (PPE, LOTO); ability to follow SOPs Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift; overtime as needed Nice to Have 3‑phase/480V familiarity (within qualified scope) PLC exposure (I/O checks, sensor verification) Experience with combustible dust/hazardous chemicals CMMS use; basic vibration/thermal monitoring
