Hiring a Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician in the Montgomery County Area!

$28-35/hr based on experience

Shift:

8am-430pm, 9am-530pm, 10am-630pm Responsibilities Maintain, set up, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Document all maintenance and electrical work in the CMMS. Handle work orders and perform maintenance tasks on Flow Wrapping, Cartoning Machines, Clam Shell Packaging Equipment, Shrink Wrap Machines, Conveyors, Enrobbers, Blowers, Mixers, Blenders, Boilers, Holding Tanks, Piping Systems, Rollers, Aerating Machines, Water Cooled Equipment, and Decoders. Rebuild gearboxes, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis with PLCs. Install and troubleshoot single phase and three phase power to 480 Volts. Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP/SOP, HACCP, and FDA standards. Essential Skills 5 years of experience with PLC systems Strong PLC troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude. Packaging mechanic experience. Ability to make mechanical repairs and install equipment, lines, motors, and pumps. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
