Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial mechanics and electrical systems, with the ability to fabricate and assemble machinery and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, requiring both technical expertise and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications. Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance and repair activities. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the manufacturing facility. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Provide technical support and customer service as needed, particularly in HVAC/R systems. Experience Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar industrial mechanic role. Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, and technical sales is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience working in a manufacturing facility is highly desirable. Military experience related to mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
