2-5 years Role Summary Executes trade work independently and consistently per drawings and schedule. Core Responsibilities Perform installation and fabrication per plans Maintain personal hand tools Identify and report scope or drawing conflicts Support Apprentice Level Personnel as assigned Pay Band Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime) Performance Expectations (Measurable)

Rework rate 3% per project

Productivity:

Meets assigned production targets

Safety:

Zero safety violations

Independence:

Requires minimal daily supervision
