April 17, 2026 : Position Summary With limited guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks of a semi-complex scope and nature in one or more of the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, equipment, and production machinery. Responsibilities Assist in the removal, repair, or relocation of machine tools; assist in the installation of air and water lines, and align and adjust machines for production operation. Assist in diagnosing defects in equipment and make necessary repairs. Repair and perform preventative maintenance on various types of hydraulic equipment, machine tools, building plumbing, and related equipment. Relocate production machinery and parts. Construct, install, maintain, repair, and overhaul test stands, fixtures, and related hydraulic equipment. Set up and operate arc and acetylene welding equipment. Perform high-pressure tubing and hose fabrication and machine contamination control. Perform tube bending and piping fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Plan, layout, and construct additions, partitions, benches, shipping boxes, and other carpentry. Coordinate purchase, inventory delivery, and pickup of hazardous materials. Coordinate packaging, labeling, storing, and scheduling pickup of hazardous waste for offsite disposal. Perform other related responsibilities. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. 3 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience. Working knowledge of general manufacturing and assembly processes. Demonstrated experience with mechanical and electrical controls or equivalent training. Demonstrated CNC controls and electronics troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated machine tool repair experience. Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems preferred (e.g., pumps, cylinders, accumulators, filters, & piping), tube bending, and piping fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Apprenticeship Program graduate preferred. Ability to work flexible hours - including weekends, holidays, and daily overtime as per business needs. Ability to work from blueprints and sketches. Ability to set up and operate carpentry, hand, and power tools. Required to lift up to 50 pounds. Working knowledge of national, state, and local electrical codes. Must demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to work with others and be a participative team player.
