HOURS:

Shifts will be 8-10 hour workdays 5 days per week for 40-50 weekly hours

Millwright Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Millwrights to assist with the construction of a 30,000 square foot mezzanine inside an industrial paint shop. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive role requiring strong mechanical skills and the ability to work at height in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities for

Millwright:

Assemble and install structural and mechanical components for a 30,000 sq. ft. mezzanine Perform layout, alignment, and installation using precision measuring tools Use hand tools and power tools to complete mechanical and structural tasks Work from aerial lifts, ladders, and elevated platforms Follow all site safety procedures and shutdown protocols Qualifications for

Millwright:

5+ years working as a Mechanical Millwright in a similar work environment Proven industrial or shutdown experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment OSHA 10 Certification (required) Active Aerial Lift Certification (required) Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves Drug and background screen required Additional Requirements for

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site

Required Tools:

Combination wrenches (standard & metric), adjustable wrenches, torque wrenches Screwdrivers (Phillips, flathead, extra-long shaft)

Pliers:

combination, needle nose, locking (vise-grips), groove-lock, snap ring Hammers and mallets: ball-peen, sledge, rubber/soft-blow

Levels:

machinist level, torpedo level, laser alignment tools Measuring tools: tape measure, calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges Cutting tools: utility knife, tin snips, hacksaw, bolt cutters Allen wrench sets (standard & metric) Punches, chisels, alignment bars, scribes, inspection mirrors Power tools: cordless drills, disc grinders, bench grinder
