Journeyman Industrial Millwright

Red Moon Elite is currently hiring experienced Journeyman Industrial Millwrights for multiple industrial projects located throughout South Carolina and North Carolina. This is a temporary project-based opportunity with plenty of overtime available. Candidates must have strong experience in heavy equipment rigging, mechanical installation, and industrial machinery setting. This position will involve working 10+ hour shifts in a fast-paced industrial environment.

06/29/2026 Job Duties Heavy rigging using gantries, Versa-Lifts, and large cranes Setting and positioning industrial presses and heavy equipment Equipment operation and machinery relocation Mechanical assembly and bolt-up work Anchoring and securing industrial equipment Reading and following layout plans and installation specifications Maintaining safe work practices on active industrial jobsites Requirements Previous Millwright experience required Strong background in heavy rigging and equipment setting Experience working around large cranes and heavy machinery Must have basic Millwright tools OSHA 10 Certification required (must be within the last 5 years) Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Schedule 10+ hour shifts Overtime available Temporary / Project-Based Assignment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($30-$31/HR) Per diem $120/per days worked Opportunity to work on large industrial projects Weekly pay
