Job Description:
Job Summary Ensure that the quality of our product is of the highest standard and meets our customer standards, operate machinery safely, maintain cleanliness of the machines, and the surrounding area, and understand how to interpret charts and specifications. Key Responsibilities Safely operate machinery, clearing jams, tear offs, and correcting any faults that may occur. Completing required can checks using the Torus Gauge or the Versatile gauge. React to out of spec conditions on each can check. Maintaining cleanliness on the machinery inside and outside. Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions. Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts. Operate hand tools such as wrenches and ratchets. Must ensure that you are fully capable of using e-maintenance Qualifications Knowledge of machinery. Ability to interpret specifications charts. Ability to work with hand tools. Capable of lifting 25 lbs. or more. Ability to work at heights or in hot environment. Safety awareness and a responsible work attitude. Mechanical ability Work Environment May involve exposure to noise, moderate temperatures, and handling of materials. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required. Ability to lift 50lbs or more. Able to perform in a high-pressure fast paced environment.
