This is a hands-on role supporting industrial maintenance, equipment installation, mechanical repair, machinery alignment, fabrication, and project-based work in a variety of industrial environments. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1-5 years of industrial mechanic, millwright, maintenance, or mechanical installation experience who enjoys working with tools, equipment, machinery, and a team that values safety, quality, and getting the job done right. Responsibilities Perform industrial mechanical work in various plant, manufacturing, and industrial jobsite environments Support equipment installation, machinery assembly, disassembly, alignment, and repair Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine industrial maintenance tasks Use hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and motorized industrial equipment safely and effectively Assist with welding, fabrication, and metal work as needed Follow direction from the Project Manager and onsite Job Lead Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, accurately, and within the required timeline Communicate clearly with supervisors, leads, team members, and customers when needed Follow all company and jobsite safety policies, procedures, and training requirements Travel to customer/jobsite locations as required Requirements 1-5 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic, Millwright, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar industrial mechanical role Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, plant, construction, mechanical service, or equipment installation environments Ability to align, assemble, disassemble, install, repair, and troubleshoot machinery Experience using industrial hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and mechanical equipment Welding and metal fabrication experience preferred Must be able to follow direction, work safely, and adapt quickly on different jobsites Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform hands-on mechanical work throughout the day Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. as needed Must have a valid driver's license Must be willing and able to travel as required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) Flexible Spending Account option Ongoing training Advancement opportunities Stable company environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has real hands-on industrial mechanical experience and is comfortable working around machinery, tools, equipment, welding, fabrication, and industrial maintenance projects.
