What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems. Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime, reduce breakdowns, and support continuous production flow. Diagnose equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools such as multimeters and inspection equipment. Work on motors, conveyors, sensors, control systems, and fluid power equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying root causes of failures and improving equipment reliability.
What You Bring:
Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, or manufacturing equipment service. Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, motor controls, and basic industrial wiring concepts. Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems used in production or industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, or mechanical prints. Strong troubleshooting skills with experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.).
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
