Millwright Mechanic, 2-3 years centrifugal pump repair exp required

Rotaserv, LP is seeking an Millwright Mechanic to repair centrifugal pumps, both in the field and in the shop.

Responsibilities:

Types of equipment include: Vertical turbine-single and multi stage, split case pumps, end suction pumps, positive displacement pumps, submersible pumps The millright mechanic must disassemble, inspect and complete report on work required. Need to be able to prepare paperwork from start to finish, documenting in writing and pictures. The millright mechanic must have extensive experience with pump and motor alignment The millright mechanic must adhere to all safety policies and procedures Welder experience can be a plus

Qualifications:

Previous millright mechanic experience repairing centrifugal pumps The millright mechanic must be self directed, ability to work without supervision The millright mechanic must have familiarity with industrial tools and equipment, including balance machine, drill press The millright mechanic must have the ability to handle physical workload Rotaserv, LP - In business in since 1978 Rotaserv has two locations, a repair facility of centrifugal equipment with machining capabilities in Rowlett, and an administrative office in Richardson. We repair MRO equipment for city water utilities and power plants, steel mills, paper mill, food plants, HVAC for universities, hospitals, and high-rise buildings. We service a variety of industries with critical equipment applications that are necessary production requirements, making this a very interesting job for the right person.
