Home Improvement Team Leader

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Home Improvement Team Lead to head up a crew. The ideal candidate will be a punctual, reliable person with ample responsibility to lead a group of 2-3 laborers. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. Duties Operate and maintain various power tools and hand tools to complete tasks related to general home improvement work. Be able to work in tight spaces i.e. crawl spaces and attics. Assist with loading and unloading materials at at jobsite. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Wear proper PPE provided by the company as needed. Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools commonly found in manufacturing settings. Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Ability to assemble products according to specifications with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving processes. •Requirements• - Drivers License with ability to drive a company truck with a trailer. Senate Home Improvement and Pest Control is looking for skilled Leaders to help support our home improvement division. Jobs include but aren't limited to Crawl space moisture barrier replacement and remediation and Attic insulation replacement. Familiarity with power tools and the ability to lift 50+ pounds is required. ladder work up to 40 feet with the help of other crew members is occasionally required. Pay will be based on experience and company vehicle with company gas card will be provided based on Driving history.
