Industrial Millwright:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. Align, level, and install mechanical components including pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and production systems. Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Use precision measurement tools and hand/power tools. Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and plant improvements. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Work with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime. Details for

 $23 - $35/hour

Schedule:

 Monday through Friday

Shift Hours:

 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Requirements for

Industrial Millwright:

3+ years of millwright, industrial maintenance, or mechanical experience (preferred). Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and steam systems, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, welding, and fabricating. Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, pull, and push for 12-hour shifts. Must have good math skills. Experience with rigging, alignment, and equipment installation. Benefits after hire: WA State sick pay Medical/Dental/Vision
