$28.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-Time Who We Are:
Our Client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in manufacturing or production environments to support equipment reliability, preventative maintenance programs, and facility operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting machinery, working hands-on with industrial equipment, and contributing to a fast-paced production team.
What You'll Do:
Perform preventative maintenance on production and packaging equipment Troubleshoot, repair, and modify machinery and equipment Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential issues Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Fabricate, install, and maintain machinery as needed Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation Assist with facility repairs and improvement projects Work closely with production teams during equipment training and support Determine replacement parts requirements and assist with ordering Track maintenance activities and project hours Support workplace safety initiatives and serve as backup maintenance representative for safety programs Perform additional duties as assigned What's In It for

Have:
Experience performing maintenance on industrial or manufacturing equipment Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to maintain detailed maintenance records Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Musts:
3-5 years of manufacturing or production maintenance experience 3-5 years of industrial maintenance or skilled trades experience Experience with preventative maintenance programs Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to squat, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment High level of integrity and professionalism
Preferred:
Experience in the food manufacturing or dietary supplement industry Experience working with packaging equipment High school diploma or GED Fabrication and machinery installation experience
Work Environment:
Exposure to food allergens and ingredient materials Dusty conditions requiring PPE such as masks and gloves Exposure to warehouse and production equipment noise
