Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic Gutter Install Team and become a vital part of transforming homes through expert gutter installation! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of hand and power tools, and develop valuable skills in construction and craftsmanship. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a team environment, are eager to learn, and take pride in delivering high-quality results that enhance property protection and curb appeal. Our gutter teams consist of 2 individuals (team lead and 1 helper). All positions are paid, ensuring you're valued for your hard work from day one. Duties Install gutters, downspouts, and related components accurately according to project specifications and blueprints Measure, cut, and fabricate materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to ensure precise fit and finish Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to execute installation plans effectively Site preparation, including setting up ladders and safety barriers to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation throughout each project Conduct final inspections of installed gutters for proper alignment, sealing, caulking, and overall quality Requirements Prior construction site experience or familiarity with roofing, framing, or masonry is highly desirable At least 1 year of gutter installation experience. (Preferred) Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence Experience with hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers), power tools (drills, saws), and heavy equipment operation is a plus Experience installing 5" & 6" seamless gutters (Preferred) Ability to operate a gutter machine (Willing to learn) Must own your own truck. Must have extension ladder or ability to get ladders. (Required) Truck must be able to pull trailer. ( 3000LB) Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, working at heights, and standing for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and safety procedures Willing to travel to Memphis, TN for 1 week of training. $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
