ROLE OVERVIEW
To service and support manufacturing operations in the form of maximizing production output via expedient machine repair, procurement of repair parts, preventive maintenance, safety and maintaining building systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.

2-2-3 Straight Night Shift (Oshkosh or Appleton•$28•42 + $1.20
Premium Automation Specialist:
2-2-3 Straight Days (Oshkosh•$32•42
Journeyman Millwright:
12 Hour Rotating COS (Neenah•$39.52
Millwright:
Monday•Thursday 10 hour days, 40% travel required! ( London•Pay is based on skillset

WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections. Creates and understands the work order process using SAP. Problem solves issues concerning equipment operation and manufacturing processes where these relate to maximizing output. Involvement in developmental project work including working with R D, manufacturing and outside equipment and parts vendors.
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
Minimum of 2 years of experience of hands-on experience in a relevant industry preferred Valid Journeyman Millwright License required for Neenah Journeyman Millwright role Previous experience in an industrial setting working with machine processes, schedules and a variety of individuals involved in the manufacturing environment necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication skills•written, verbal and interpersonal.
