Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician At Seats Incorporated, we're passionate about improving comfort and functionality for vehicle seating around the world. We are focused on quality, comfort, and improving designs to create the products and environments that our customers need. Our products are highly variable and are found in on-highway trucking, construction, railroad, lawn and turf care, fire trucks, military vehicles, and a variety of other applications. Seats Incorporated is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Richland Center, WI, and provide maintenance support across our manufacturing and support areas. Industrial Maintenance This Industrial Maintenance role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and completing projects/work orders to maintain a safe and efficient production environment. Compensation for this position is based on experience, education, and certifications. Work Environment This position is based at our Seats-Richland Center facility, which supports our manufacturing operations by producing custom-molded and fabricated foam parts. The role involves maintaining and repairing equipment used in foam production processes. Work Experience, Skills and Education Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. Maintenance certification or equivalent experience and training. Willingness to pursue continuing education and training to enhance relevant skills and stay current with industry advancements. Highly motivated and able to work independently while using good judgment. Skilled in machining, welding, and fabrication. Ability to program, install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify machinery. Ability to use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to solve problems. Ability to read and understand blueprints and wire schematics. Basic computer skills and knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Basic knowledge and training in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift) Frequent lifting of parts or equipment up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crawl as necessary to work in tight or awkward spaces to inspect or repair equipment. Valid driver's license required. 1st
