Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
Apply your background in water management and transfer processes to daily operations. Execute repairs on lay-flat hoses independently with little oversight. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following best practices. Utilize your proficiency in pipe fusion techniques. Contribute to accurate project bidding by attending site walkthroughs and offering technical insights. Assist with the assembly and disassembly of equipment and ensure the site is left clean. Help ensure all machinery is serviced and ready for field deployment. Report operational observations to management to help improve overall efficiency. Foster a culture of safety by engaging in daily JSEA meetings and adhering to HSE protocols. Drive customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications:
Background in water transfer and management, specifically regarding the installation, oversight, and upkeep of pumps and hose systems. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Two to five years of professional experience, specifically with poly fusion and lay-flat hose repairs. Flexibility to travel to various job locations as required.
Additional Details:
Successful completion of drug, alcohol, medical, and background evaluations is required. Must hold a current, valid driver's license. Availability to work a flexible, rotating schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extra hours. Capability to work in harsh weather conditions, navigate heights, and operate within confined spaces. Ability to perform tasks effectively whether working solo in isolated areas or collaborating with a group.
