Job Description
What You'll Be Doing Assist in the maintenance and repair of plant equipment. Operate various tools and machinery as needed. Perform general labor tasks around the plant. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. What Are We Looking For Strong commitment to safety and quality. Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills. Physical capability to handle the demands of the job. Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
