Job Description
We are a highly diversified growing operation looking for a candidate to help with service, maintenance, facility upgrades and fabrication. A positive attitude, willingness to go above and beyond basic job requirements as well as attention to detail are the most important attributes we look for in a candidate. Duties primarily include service work, maintenance, repairs and detailing of our equipment from heavy diesel equipment down to ATVs and everything in-between as well as upgrades and improvements to our facilities as well as new construction of facilities. You may also be assisting with typical ranch work such as feeding, fencing, calving, haying and operating heavy equipment. We build our own buildings and do our own fabrication so we do carpentry, concrete and welding as well. This position requires being a flexible self-starter and being able to think on your feet. Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision as well as able to work in a group. The right candidate will have a good attitude and do quality work in a timely manner, will help keep the job running smoothly which includes keeping the jobsite and equipment clean and organized. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to help the right candidate grow into the job. We all have to learn something new every day to be successful. A positive, enjoyable collaborative work environment and being a good example is very important to us. Compensation will depend on what value you can add to the operation. 50% match on health share after one month and 100% reimbursement after 6 months for your whole family. We try to be flexible for vacation and days off. This is a tobacco-free work environment.
