Job Description

$30 - $40 per hour Job Details -
Responsibilities:
Perform RF and electronic testing, troubleshooting, and assembly on a wide range of complex electronic systems. Use a variety of electronic equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power supplies, DAQs, VNA's, Spectrum Analyzers, etc. to conduct tests and inspections. Implement and adhere to ESD protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of electronic components. Use common aerospace assembly and inspection tools such as torque wrenches, load cells, feeler gauges, calipers, multimeters, etc. Carry out soldering tasks in accordance with J-STD or NASA soldering with space addendum. Perform harnessing tasks in accordance with IPC or NASA standards. Document test results, prepare test reports, and maintain records for later analysis. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a technician, ideally in space or aerospace. Proficiency in soldering and experience using a wide range of electronic equipment. Familiarity with common aerospace assembly and inspection tools. Demonstrated experience in RF testing and troubleshooting (preferred). J-STD with space addendum certified (preferred). IPC or NASA harnessing certified (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
