Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented RF Spectrum Technician Analyst to join our team working in Crane, IN. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Participation as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data related to systems testing and product programs Participation in ground tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection simulations to successfully perform technology assessments and evaluations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community Track program/project status and schedules Development of organization and project level processes, standards, and procedures Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance CONUS travel is required, up to 25% annually
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in ISR Collection and project management or management analysis Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; a High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience OR an Associate's Degree in a technical or business discipline and 7+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree Ability to conduct briefings to Military & Civil Service personnel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Telecommunications Experience drafting test plans, supporting test events, and drafting test reports Basic knowledge of DoD Command and Control (C2) systems, platforms, and components, including sensor systems and communication systems
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
