Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RF Technician to join our team in Harvard, MA. This role is responsible for the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and integration of RF and electronic assemblies while working closely with engineering teams to support the development and production of high-reliability products. Responsibilities Assemble and test RF and electronic assemblies, subassemblies, and components Support RF product development, assembly, and testing activities Fabricate wire harnesses, cables, and electronic modules Perform soldering of PCBAs and electronic components to engineering specifications Conduct RF and electronic testing using industry-standard test equipment Troubleshoot RF and electronic systems to identify and resolve issues Build, test, and integrate electrical and mechanical assemblies Read and interpret electrical schematics, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation Assist with prototype builds, fixtures, and manufacturing support activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support equipment maintenance, calibration activities, and inventory management Required Qualifications Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience Prior experience with RF assembly, RF testing, RF troubleshooting, or RF electronics Experience in electronics manufacturing or a related technical environment Strong soldering skills and experience working with PCBAs Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with RF test equipment and electronic measurement tools Experience supporting engineering prototype builds and product development Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards Why Join Us? Pay:
