Type:
Full-Time | Mid-Senior Level About the Role We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to support the testing, tuning, troubleshooting, and improvement of RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave products in a semiconductor environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong RF lab experience and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues. What You'll Do Test, tune, and troubleshoot RF/microwave products from DC to 67 GHz (experience up to 110 GHz is a plus) Work with components such as amplifiers, mixers, switches, attenuators, phase shifters, oscillators, and frequency multipliers Perform RF measurements including S-parameters, noise figure, IP3, P1dB, ACPR, EVM, and more Conduct wafer probing and die-level testing Set up and operate RF test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, and SMUs Troubleshoot circuits and systems using schematics, layouts, and block diagrams Solder miniature components under a microscope Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance and resolve technical challenges Qualifications Associate's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering 5+ years of RF/microwave testing and troubleshooting experience Strong hands-on laboratory skills Experience with LabVIEW and/or Keysight VEE preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR/EAR compliance required) Strong communication and teamwork skills #
