RF Technician 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Franklin, NC 28734 $25 - $35 an hour ITAC Solutions 53 reviews $25 - $35 an hour Our client is seeking a hands-on RF Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of mission-critical RF systems used in advanced defense applications. This is a highly technical, lab-based role where your work directly supports the reliability of radar and communication systems operating in demanding military environments. You'll work with complex RF equipment, solving problems down to the component level where precision truly matters. C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able work for any US Employer without sponsorship. Benefits & Extras Competitive hourly pay with overtime potential 401(k) with company contribution Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and company holidays Relocation assistance available Hands-on training and technical development opportunities Compensation $25.00 - $35.00 per hour What You'll Be Doing Troubleshooting and repairing RF systems to the component level Using RF test equipment such as VNA, spectrum analyzers, and power meters Performing RF measurements including small/large signal analysis Diagnosing radar, IFF, and communication system failures Interpreting schematics, waveforms, and diagnostic data Tuning and reworking RF circuits and assemblies Documenting repair findings and maintaining technical records What You'll Need to be Considered Strong hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment Ability to troubleshoot without schematics or OEM documentation Experience with radar, RF communications, or similar systems preferred Familiarity with analog and digital circuit troubleshooting U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance required #INDENG
