Role What You'll Be Doing:
Locate and retrieve required samples for processing. Generate a site list for testing and analysis. Identify and apply the appropriate recipe for each job. Perform test site runs to verify tool performance and calibration. Execute the defined recipe to ensure accurate processing. Utilize basic knowledge of Focused Ion Beam (FIB) sample preparation to support operations. Follow and document processing in lab systems per BKM. Compare images to CAD layout to look for anomalies, identify locations, and take appropriate action. Communication with team
About You Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in the STEM field plus 2 years of experience working in a lab environment Hands-on analytical tool experience including SEM, Transmission Electron Microscopy and/or beam based tools. Basic knowledge of Semiconductors Testing of tools and equipment for performance and optimization for future operations Attention to detail Strong proactive communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Using Focused Ion Beams (FIB) for sample preparation Metrology data processing and statistical analysis Has an understanding of device physics and circuits Ability to prioritize to enable multitasking (run more than one job at a time) Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
