We focus strictly on light commercial refrigeration—minimal Ammonia or CO2 systems. The Role As a Commercial Refrigeration Field Technician, you will be dispatched directly from your home to diagnose, repair, and maintain light commercial refrigeration equipment across the Bay Area. You will be trusted to manage your day and solve problems without someone looking over your shoulder.

What You Will Do:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and maintain light commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, reach-in freezers, and ice machines. Perform occasional equipment installations, system retrofits, and preventative maintenance. Manage your daily route efficiently across the Bay Area. Interact professionally with diverse clients, acting as the face of our service team. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked take-home company service van.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years of proven, hands-on experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems and troubleshooting ice machines independently.

Technical Aptitude:

A rock-solid foundation in refrigeration fundamentals and the ability to diagnose/repair equipment without direct supervision.

Certifications:

EPA Universal certification is required.

Clearances:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
