In this pivotal role, you will oversee the freezer section operations while providing exceptional customer service at the register when needed. Your leadership will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain store standards, and create a welcoming shopping environment. Duties Lead daily operations of the freezer section, including stocking, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure product freshness and availability Handle all cashiering responsibilities efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service Assist customers with product inquiries, resolve issues promptly with the assistance of your manager, and deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness and organization within the freezer area and checkout lanes Skills Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities preferred for diverse customer interactions Proficient in retail math, cash handling, and register balancing Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management practices Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your leadership can shine!
